Keith Carew, 41, of Mashpee, was driving on Route 495 northbound Saturday at about 6 p.m. when police said he swerved into the southbound lane and struck a Toyota Yaris head-on. The Yaris driver, Robert Roche, 55, of Sandwich, was killed.
