Armed with a search warrant, officers from several law enforcement agencies raided two homes in East Falmouth at about 5:30 a.m. Cocaine, heroin, prescription pills, and more than $5,000 in cash were seized. Police said Labaire, Andrews, and Costa were arrested at a home at 20 Waquoit Farms Dr. Costa and Hendricks were arrested 14 Leonard Dr., where officers said they found a 6-year-old child.
